Introduction . One of the problems developing new generation concrete is to ensure rational granulometric composition a mixture cement and fine additives densest packing all particles system. In this regard, paper considers optimization dispersed structure quartz filler, taking into account its specific surface area, concentration in binder water-solid ratio. Materials methods studies, Portland TSEM I 42.5 N (GOST 31108-2020) ZAO Belgorod Cement were used. The compressive strength samples tested on PGM-100 MG4 laboratory press. fillers was determined using Analysette 22 NanoTec plus laser diffraction particle size analyzer. Results conducted studies have allowed determine that optimal dosages microdispersion filler are closely related area V/T mixture. It shown with an increase dispersion decrease range observed, which narrows mechanisms formation affecting properties dispersed-optimized systems described. With growth activity unit filled decreases, accompanied by number crystallizationcoagulation bonds between hydrate phases cement. Conclusion experimental data obtained confirm for stone made mixed binder, watersolid ratio no less significant than mineral additive, therefore, cements necessary condition achieving given strength.
